Everyone is supportive and collaborative, making it a positive and productive environment. Resource Constraints: As a small company, we're often challenged for resources and bandwidth. There are many exciting projects, but not always enough time or people to tackle them all.

The people are some of the most easy going and friendliest I've worked with. The company values everyones ideas and contributions. Lots of learning opportunities.

It's a relatively old tech company, which for stability, speaks volumes - classmates has one of the highest average tenures for a tech company. However, being older means there are a lot of legacy tech stacks to juggle / deprecate / support - making it hard to catch up with the times. That said, in the last few years, large strides towards a modern tech stack have been made.
