      They really care about the product. Designing quality schools and really looking out for the districts. Leadership really tries to keep with new trends and be flexible with work/life balance. I've yet to meet someone in the different offices that isn't kind or willing to help.

      Svantaggi

      A little under staffed at the moment, but that comes and goes, I'm sure. Communication is something that really needs work, but they recognize that.

      This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The communication and care everyone has for each other and the work is no match to any other job. I have been told that 1-year experience at this firm is similar to a 5-year at other firms.

      The biggest conflict I have with this company is they want you to learn everything. Nothing wrong about learning everything, but the responsibilities you start having with different task. I would not let this stop you from looking more into this company, as the PM will take responsibilities of the APM work if something is done wrong.
