The pay is decent, bonuses make up for the lack of pay. Nice long lunch break, but can take a 30 min and leave earlier than scheduled. Mon-Fri workweek, can work overtime.

Svantaggi

Good Ole' Boys Club, poor management, treats employees like they are children but expect them to be "professional", short paid breaks (if you can afford them).

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
