The on site wellness center is nice. And the quarterly bonuses are nice. Some of the departments are easy to work with.

Svantaggi

Unrealistic project deadlines and upper management that does not fully understand what is being implemented. Sometimes when there is a problem they go to everyone but the person who can help solve it.

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
