Check out some super nice houses. Great coworkers and management. Get to see new parts of town (and eat out at new places). Tips around $10-30 per house, maybe just a couple times a week depending on where you go. Some people tip, some don't. Work by yourself or with one or two others, in different rooms usually so it's decent for Covid safety. Clients keep to themselves. Schedule is mainly Tue-Fri, 8am-6pm, probably won't get full 40hrs. Mileage reimbursement.

Lots of driving. Always on your feet. Physical work, scrubbing showers, mopping etc. Three-tier pay raise system, you start at 14.50/hr, after three months or so you could move up at 16.50, then 18.50 several months after that - as long as you get a certain percentage of written responses and star ratings from customers per month, which is hard because maybe half the customers don't respond at all. Might have only one or two jobs a day, 2.5hr minimum/job, but they have things you can do for more hours

Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, get paid weekly and they provide all the supplies

They don’t always provide enough time to get cleans done especially for first time and move in/out cleans. A lot of driving and wear and tear on your car. Getting your schedule only the night before and last minute changes to your schedule. No way to move up in the company.
