The owner is fantastic, fair and knowledgable. Business is steady. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. The business pays for employees medical coverage and part of dependents.

Product base is limited, does not offer a 401K plan.

The pay, benefits and working conditions are excellent. My direct supervisor was a great listener and was genuinely interested in working together to resolve any issue that came up. There was definitely a feeling of "family" and a duty of care with everyone there.

Management seems not very well organized. This is definitely a case of too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
