Some great people, work i was passionate about. Despite what others have said pay was pretty good for a not for profit.

Questionable leadership. They don't engage with staff. CEO never once spoke to me despite being in office often with him (which is apparently common) and communication is lacking and some decision don't seem well thought out. Definitely a "clique" atmosphere too with certain departments which is disappointing.
