Hours whenever you want them, minimal talking with others while working

Unstable management, always firing people for no reason, nobody does the work they’re supposed to. People always swear at the trainees when they’re not learning quick enough, total lack of motivation and patience to train. The coworkers and management all talk crap about people and the favouritism in there is so obvious, people spraying incorrectly, downtime due to human error, people touching unsanitized items and putting them in sanitized areas, the place is a straight up mess.

Treated well, good safety protocols, flexible sick & paid vacation.

Sometimes stressful, requires getting in uncomfortable positions at times although not too often.
