The office environment in the very beginning was is very fun, positive and offered opportunities for collaboration, but that quickly took a spiral turn for the worst. All expectations were not made clear throughout my experience here, very little and rushed training as well as unclear communication between management to attendees. When first starting I was not set up for success to do my job efficiently, and the acting team lead was unapproachable to not only staff but to customers as well. I reached out to upper management making them aware of the environment that had took a turn, and they assured me that the team leader would need time to get further trainings, but after several times of being forgiving and giving the store team lead the benefit of the doubt my inclusion, safety and comfort were put on hold. I did decide to put in my resignation and when working my last few days. The team lead sat outside the store watching me, and keys needed to assist a customer were no longer accessible.
