Great product manufactured in Aurora. Sustainability is the future and it’s easy to get invested in the product and what they do. Majority of staff our great and hardworking. Training available. Perks of being a small business, everyone has a chance to wear different hats and gain more hands on experience in different roles.

Poor culture and lack of communication across the board. Staff afraid to voice concerns as it’s a small business and they don’t feel protected. Micro-management a big issue (over use of daily meetings, reporting and one and ones) anti-productive and doesn’t improve the lack of communication issues.
