Work life balance was good.

CEOs are hypocrites who are not aligned with one another creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was often favoritism to legacy employees and inappropriate medaling with the one CEOs wife. There were multiple occurrences where one CEO (Isaac) would raise his voice to me making it uncomfortable and inappropriate. The company lacks basics such as a 401k match, competitive salary, HR department, and common business sense. They were always having cash flow issues and their money handlings seemed shady. I found this job to be unfulfilling and very stagnant with zero career growth opportunities.
