Having spent most of my career agency-side, I've worked in established and growing agency, this is one of the most exciting. The culture is defined by a great supportive team and a high level of talent across all squads and departments. From a strategic perspective, it is a pleasure to work alongside our dev team. They are truly some of the best in the industry and having that level of technical excellence available makes a huge difference to the quality of work we deliver, and how we build our relationships with clients.
