      You truly are encouraged to raise your hand and give ideas. The company culture is outstanding and is full of innovation. If you want to work for a company that values employees and treats them like family then you are in the right place. Working remotely through COVID has opened many opportunities for our staff and we still maintain such a great culture across the new virtual experience. The environment is just so special and the work is challenging in a great way.

      Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

      After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

      The you will not get replaced by AI if you learn to make AI work for you mantra isn’t necessarily true. A bit unorganized at times, but with very-hands on management, in ways that can lead to wasted work.
