      Clearvision has a fantastic reputation, and produces world class pediatric products. It's easy to get your foot in the door with kid's product. Clearvision is very very very patient with its reps, and allows you to grow your territory in a healthy way. No pressure. Clearvision is very nimble, and can adapt into any environment. In 30 years, Clearvision is the safest bet to win the long game of business . As a rep, you WANT to be here .

      Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

      After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

      The you will not get replaced by AI if you learn to make AI work for you mantra isn’t necessarily true. A bit unorganized at times, but with very-hands on management, in ways that can lead to wasted work.
