Toxic start up environment. Went from caring what employees had to say to dismissing without a single thought. Extreme burnout, only worried about AI, hires leaders with terrible personality traits and horrendous people skills. Will not allow you to use your PTO if you have any backlog of work whatsoever even if you are on a one person team. Does not replace employees instead adds workloads to the few employees left leaving your desk unmanageable indefinitely. Unprofessional leadership across the board.
