Management is forcing current employees to write positive reviews after receiving several 1-star negative ratings, just to cover up its bad reputation. Mgmt is rude, demanding and is bullying everyone around.

Culture always had been very cut throat, you constantly would fear for your job and this would impact your decision making as you take on new roles. You are expected to wear many hats and pick up the slack from the apparent lack of resources. Leadership decisions often were short-sighted. Compensation was less than competitive and complicated to receive accurate commission. You are at the mercy of your assigned territory and teams. Was part of mass layoffs, despite being told that performance was strong. Shady termination process as benefits were cut a month before termination with no warning (and despite having been deducted from paychecks for the last month of employment).
