ClearView is a very easy going laid back firm to work for that give you the ability to work from home from time to time. They allow the entire firm to join them of a year or every other year firm trip to some type of fancy resort where everyone enjoys R and R. The firm prides it's on its unique culture and it's very fun social environment. They were very giving to charities. At the time of my employment they always had the refrigerator stocked full of food healthy options as well as any alcohol that you'd want to drink on a night out.

As above stated where there is good bad also comes into play, when there's drinking and partying come poor decisions and pressure to be apart which I did not can for at all. I felt like they lacked good benefits and employee raises to have aesthetics in they office for the show factor. They never invested in me as an employee to better their business or train me to excel at my position. They would give back to many charities but in the almost two years I was employed I never once received an increase in salary with outstanding reviews.
