3yThanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that since you left the review we have increased our warehouse space, which has streamlined the goods in/out process. Full training is given and engineers shadow an experienced colleague to gain experience. Given the volume of mobility products out there, there will always be occasions where you come across a model that you are unfamiliar with, but support is always at the end of your company phone either at Head Office or the manufacturer. Our hours have changed so engineers work Monday - Friday 8-4pm. We wish you well in the future.
