The boss is strict but no one seems to care. Have to work even if there is nothing to do.

Most of the low-level employees are friendly.

Very high turnover rate due to toxic culture created by upper management. The plant manager berates employees and micromanages everything. Many folks don't return after a few days/weeks. One guy walked out while the plant manager was yelling at him. No room for growth and initiative is punished. They have been trying to get a 2nd shift going for over a year but can't keep enough employees on. STAY AWAY
