Love/hate relationship - Recensione dipendente - Operator presso Cleveland-Cliffs

Facility is still new so a lot of shut downs effecting our quarterly bonuses, upper management and engineers not familiar enough with how to implement positive changes, safety is NOT first priority, lots of forced overtime, management makes and changes rules as they go and then you have to get the union involved, paychecks are messed up a lot, lots of injuries due to faulty equipment and not having proper tools for the job, work swing shift, have to have entire year of vacation put in before a certain date, no PTO, lots of retaliation, bosses don’t like you challenging their thoughts or ideas.
