Mediocre starting pay, very poor training, unprofessional management. Union doesn’t represent its membership but acts as an arm of management. Horrible schedule, excessive hot PPE, cameras everywhere. If you aren’t a relative of a current employee you will be treated negatively by both management and union. Nothing here of any kind for a new hire, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
