-The people I worked with were exceptional and are the reason I stayed as long as I did

-Low pay for a lot of work. Now if you are looking to move up to full time positions the pay gets a little better and more worth it in my opinion. I personally was only working part-time, and if you plan on doing that, you can find a better job somewhere else. -High turnover in merchandising area led to a lot of pressure on those who stayed -Hours are not the greatest (but this is a tiny complaint compared to the above statements)

* Small amount of independence * Easy to milk the clock * Free Coca-Cola products (sometimes)

* Pathetic pay compared to national Coca-Cola jobs * Don't know work schedule until 1-2 days before shift * Must drive your own car at least 10 miles per day not including commuting to-from home * Employees who aren't popular but do good work (such as my former boss), get fired for contrived reasons * Requesting a single day off for any reason is met with suspicion if not outright hostility * Company business model is about 20 years outdated, leadership has head in the sand * Top management is selfish, greedy, does not respect workforce * Mandatory minimum order sizes, even if a store has insufficient space * Incompetent truck routing
