Constantly understaffed, admin is condescending, will not address employees who make threats, will not take seriously when an employee is concerned about their mental health due to constantly being short staffed, will try to intimidate you when asking for a raise, consistently puts the safety of their officers and their dispatchers in jeopardy, puts the publics safety in jeopardy by only having one dispatcher working,
