great work environment, and steady workload

There was no dress code

You get one 20 minute break at a designated time in the morning. That's all the time during the day you get. The pay is abysmal. When GD asked if my salary I put in was correct because it is so low (even for working in Cleveland). Yes I started at $14 and ended at $15.50 (after multiple years). There is a pay cap so watch out for that. There was rampant discrimination by management. When I brought this up to mangement in my review they told me we could have a meeting about it. During the meeting I took statements from anonymous women (11 in total) throughout the company. As I read and discussed these women's stories I was cut off and told the meeting was a waste of time. Also no room for growth anywhere in the company.
