      The owner is very flexible with schedules and when personal life happens. He offers opportunity for growth, if you're motivated to learn. It's an environment for someone who wants to self manage and take their own initiative. Team is fun, laidback, low stress, but a strong work ethic.

      The company culture is great! Co-workers are helpful and fun to be around. Great accommodations. The building is in a great location and the view from the office is fantastic! Being exposed to so many different projects makes you a lot more well rounded and constantly challenges you as a developer. Smaller teams allow you to be involved in more of the process for each project. There is an in-office break room with lots of company provided food, drinks, and treats.

      Use Subversion for source control, but we're transitioning to Git! Don't have the best benefits, but we're still taken care of.
