Fun work environment, challenging yet rewarding. Daily free catered lunch provided. Easy to interact with colleagues. Management is approachable (doors always open) and genuinely cared about my concerns. The monthly company gatherings were always a great time. Florida appropriate dress code.

The industry is fast paced, things change often and quickly. You have to be able to adapt. Organizational structure is very flat, sometimes hard to determine who is in charge of what.
