The team is international and very supportive — there's a real sense of community and mutual respect. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about employee wellbeing and professional growth. The projects are interesting and involve modern tech stacks, which keeps the work both challenging and engaging. Hybrid work flexibility and a good work-life balance are taken seriously here. Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and learning opportunities, including access to training and certifications.

As a growing company in Portugal, some internal processes are still being refined, especially around onboarding and communication between cross-functional teams.

They value your work and your well-being even if you are working from Brazil. That is not very common, and because of that, I had an awesome experience.

Unfortunately, as mostly of the consultant companies, they might not be able to control the client when they cross the line with contractors.
