This company should encourage new employees as much as they do those that have been there since inception.

It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

They like to discuss ways of improving the company but they do not implement any suggestions from employees. They also treat new employees as disposable workers, not encouraging them to grow and prioritizing only the ones that have been there for 20+ years.
