Huge brain drain as seniors leave the business in droves for the pay they deserve, putting on others to step up with not one bit of consideration to those who have so far stuck around. More will leave, especially with the merger. Benefits? Basically nill potentially cheaper hotels and train tickets. Poor pension. No investment in training or certifications. Free beer on a Friday, if you're in the office. No support for hole office set up. You want an extra monitor at home? You're buying it.
