-good working environment. -a few team events. -good team player culture

-workload is insane. -understaffed. -promotion is not based on merits but rather on the relationship with the manager. -lack of ongoing training. -Although the management listen to your concerns and feedback, they do nothing to make necessary changes happen. -I highly suspect the CIO is looking for a buyout. It feels the company invested just enough to show there is potential in EMEA but then completely cut off any investment. That's a suspicious strategy. Normally a company would invest money and keep nurturing it as opposed to let it dry out. - the product is highly tied up to Microsoft Dynamics 365. It would take no effort for Microsoft to ditch ClickDimensions and develop their own version. That would remove all the integration issues which are at least 50% of the technical support cases.

Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.
