We are sorry to hear that you feel our client base consists mainly of small startups, which may not align with your expectations. We do in fact work with some startups and know they present unique challenges, but they also offer exciting opportunities for growth and innovation. We value diversity in our client portfolio and are actively working towards expanding it to include a broader range of organizations.
We also understand your concerns about the company culture. It is unfortunate if you felt excluded or witnessed a sense of rivalry among employees based on their nationality or the location of our base town. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued, regardless of their background and that is why we have a specific OD position that followups on international needs. Your feedback highlights an area where we might need to improve, and we will take this seriously as we work towards fostering a more collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
We acknowledge your frustration with micro-management and excessive HR meetings that you consider may not contribute to productivity but these meetings are truly important for our culture and are often the brain breaks for our employees.
