Management is pure business man who doesn't know anything about technology and they are just here to earn money by hook or crook. There is lot of arrogance in management and they don't even provide respect to the employee. Any employee working here feels insulted due to in professional actions of management. They hire and fire people without any reasons. They say it's performance issue but it's normally die to either that employee speaks again management or they want the same work to be done by any fresher. Samar needs to think of he is there in market to earn money or to create a perfect company. From current situation it seems this company is playing with employee for higher gains and employee is the least priority for them.
