1. Forget about any other things in your life. You should always care about work, 24*7. Anything can break at anytime(literally anytime) and you have to be there to fix it. You should be ready for atleast 12 hours shift. 2. The culture is so toxic that if you work till 3 at night, you will be given recognition in daily standups, such that pressure can be created on others as well. 3. CTO himself does not hesitates from directly calling someone even after working hours or on weekends, just imagine how would be team lead and others. 4. Team members are not cooperative. They are passive aggressive in their tone and you have to ping multiple times. 5. You have to figure out everything yourself, even if you are new. 6. Forget about KT, figure out yourself. 7. Expectations are very high, salary is very low. 8. There are product managers but you have to work on PRD yourself. Everyone other then developers is just a sale representative who is concerned about only clients.
