      Fast growing company that allows me to grow in my career and as a person without having to move through multiple employers to do it. Through the training that Client Command has invested in me, I now know that I can control my future and make a better future for others in the process. It's all about mindset and a willingness to view problems as opportunities to grow. To be clear I wasn't looking for any of this when I joined Client Command. All I knew was what I heard and that was that Client Command was an exceptional company. Having been there awhile, I now know why. The people who stay are there to help each other reach their potential. I am thankful to be part of such a team.

      Client Command is an extremely fast moving company. When you're moving this fast things break, fires happen often, and what worked yesterday doesn't work today. If anyone said working at Client Command is easy, they lied. It is; however, worth it. Don't get me wrong. I have days where I want easy. Days where I just want everything to work, but I've learned I don't grow with easy. Client Command is not a good place to go if you just want a paycheck. There are easier places to go for that.

      There is no place to hide in this company. Results are a core value and everyone is expected to produce results. Fortunately, teamwork is also a core value and everyone works together very well.

      Some of the people are great to work with and really care about making things happen in the company.

      Lack of tools, lack of training, too many grey areas while working, not enough room to succeed, need more people on teams to do work but no budget for that. Will get burnt out very easily. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL
