I joined as a trainee in June 2022 and their training/onboarding programme is extremely comprehensive. Nothing was ever rushed, and there are always opportunities to go over previous material or learn new things (even post being a trainee). I was based out of the Esher office full-time for my two and a half years there and I couldn’t think of a better place to be. The culture there is amazing, there are regular events organised on a bi-quarterly basis within Esher, as well as wider company events quarterly/yearly (ie. Summer, Christmas Parties, Lunch clubs etc.) Everyone is always so supportive and positive. There are always people to speak to if you need anything at all, and the buzz around the office is great. As someone who hadn’t worked in Recruitment/Sales before this was something I valued highly. The tools at your disposal are great once you get up to speed with them, such as a full LinkedIn Recruiter licence and their bespoke CRM. I would highly recommend Client Server to anyone. My experience there has been second to none.

As in all sales/recruitment jobs it can be difficult at times. There is a lot of hard graft and dedication required to work in Recuritment. (That is not a critique of Client Server specifically, but Glassdoor required me to put something here!)
