Flexibility in my day-to-day operations has been key since things could change very quickly, which I‘ve found to be exciting and helps keep things fresh! Everyone is very accommodating and helpful.

You won’t find the benefits a large company can offer, i.e., Unlimited Paid-Time-Off, Matching 401k contributions, large bonuses. Communications can sometimes be difficult in a smaller organization when a lot is discussed verbally and not everyone gets the proverbial “memo”.

As with most IT shops, staffing is spread at times as the business grows which can make for some long days.
