There are opportunities for growth

The company is highly disorganized and cheap. They have rules they don’t enforce but other rules they do. Lots of covert racism and heavy nepotism for unqualified candidates. They overpromise and under deliver. Some people are kind but most people are backstabbeers who over inflate their importance, shift blame, scam, cheat and refuse to pay people what they’re worth.

Most of the people are amazing. I don’t even mind the nepotism because it doesn’t seem shady. There are a lot of married couples who work here and members of the same families but they’re not promoting each other. Benefits are decent, office life is casual and friendly.

Svantaggi

New CPO, Katie L is a loose cannon. People are overworked and not paid for their level of responsibilities. Don’t expect to ever see a bonus check. New leadership seems to be making it up as they go.
