      Thank you for taking time to share feedback on your experience with CRL. Hours certainly can fluctuate depending on volumes. Our goal is that these occasions are are not routine but may be necessary at times to meet our clients' needs.       Some teams are hard to join. Many people have been there decades so they do not explain things well to new people and communication is unclear. Procedures are purposefully documented poorly so they can't be required to follow them during inspections. This means reference material is unavailable. The rudest supervisor I've ever met worked here and was well thought of.

We also strive for all employees, whether new or existing, to feel included and supported. We also take quality and regulatory compliance very seriously not only in our practices but in our documented procedures.
