People, purpose, senior management, transparency, benefits.

There are none, being sold would be the only regret.

Competitive compensation, including benefits. Some truly great people who work incredibly hard with limited resources.

The so-called 'leadership' team is a joke. Constant lack of communication down the line, no work-from home possibility, even if not working with protected health information. The organization is, ironically, UNorganized, trying to do too many things at once and not doing any of them particularly well. The HR team says they want to focus on making it a better place to work but we see no changes. The CEO talks all nice in a group setting but doesn't ever leave his office. So many of us feel so uninvested in. Most of the 'bosses' seem to watch out for their own backs rather than working together, and there is NO accountability, unless you are hourly. People stay not because it's the best place to work, but because it pays just enough that we can't afford to leave. We can be happy, but not until you make some REAL change that involves more than process automation and policies.
