The lead technical architects have NO idea what they are doing and have built a janky mess of code and processes that they are defending with their lives. Arrogant engineers defending a mountain of technical debt. If you critique it, you will be marked for deletion. There is a strange cultural dysphoria. Is it a Mexican company? Or a US company?
