I am quite happy at Clockwise. The company is inclusive and also not bro-y. We've got a lot of interesting people here, which I love about Clockwise. We're all so different and we all have a lot to contribute to the company, the culture, and the product. We're also remote first, we're flexible, and we respect work/life balance. (Though, I'll also add that I personally often end up working more than the usual 40 hours/week.)
In the past, I'd start looking at other employers at the 2 year mark as the company changes and morphs into something I'm no longer interested in being a part of. But, I'm happy to say it's not the case with Clockwise and I hope to be here for at least a few more years.

Since Clockwise is small, opportunities for career growth seems to be a bit limited. Teams are small, which I personally love. However, I want to also move up, and I'm not sure what that looks like in my role, or if it's even possible at this stage. Also, while we're definitely inclusive, I feel we could work on being a little more diverse.
