I can't think of any cons. The company is growing which can mean change, but my observation has been transparency and good communication to keep everyone in the loop on what's happening.

Talented team who will never get the chance to truly shine.

Company is falling behind fast. Founder refuses to invest in the business to keep up with the changing industry. This means that clients ask for capabilities other agencies have, leaving employees to scramble to fill the gaps. Strong leadership is lacking and employees are left to train themselves. The founder does not support any marketing for the agency, leaving the company to struggle for new business. Without a sales and marketing team, business development is left up to employees. Unfortunately the future of this agency is not bright. If you’re career minded, this isn’t the place for you.
