Company is falling behind fast. Founder refuses to invest in the business to keep up with the changing industry. This means that clients ask for capabilities other agencies have, leaving employees to scramble to fill the gaps. Strong leadership is lacking and employees are left to train themselves. The founder does not support any marketing for the agency, leaving the company to struggle for new business. Without a sales and marketing team, business development is left up to employees.
