I started at Cloudraker around July 2023 and since I've never worked at an agency before I didn't know what to expect, however I can say that it was an awesome experience despite the no so happy ending. From the project manager who's is really on top of things and hardly let things go through the cracks by even doing QA, to the energy of the CEO probably because of the vibe of the team. Everyone is well set in it's place based on how good they do their job. The CTO who is a tinkerer that seems to be always working on some cool fun stuff.(when not on meetings of course) The guy that seems to have 6 hands and is taking care of fires everywhere, I bet he will be the one using the new Copilot workspaces first. The guy who seems to be working on a dark room but when he goes into a codebase you can tell he was there (how come I did not think of that!, or how did he do that?) they call him The architect. The remote guy and amazing full stack dev that probably types(as in adds types) his emails and crafts linting rules so strict that even MS copilot had a hard type compiling a project to success. The designer who craft beautiful functional interfaces that after you have built them you feel proud you work on that, despite your work not really being visible. The female front end lead that knows her craft extremely well and is also a great designer. The great front end dev that is into bees that probably writes tests before he leaves his house in the morning to make sure he is not missing the train. The product owner who is very technical and an amazing lead. The whole team makes CloudRaker a great place to work and level up your skills if that is what you are looking for.
Svantaggi
-It's an agency so I'm guessing things change faster than on a regular business, It seems that it's hard for them to keep up with the changes and if one wants to work there has to be ready for anything -They only have bagels on bagels Wednesday, Where is the love for the croissants?
