Very progressive startup, remote work is amazing,

Workflow is inconsistent, can be busy one quarter and slow the next one. Management is nice but doesn't always have answers.

The company culture was amazing. The team engagement is unreal and you're never alone so you're first day jitters go away real quick when you realize that every individual is healthily competition and supporting you. You feel as if you're a part of a winning team so if you have a competitive spirit you will love getting out of bed.

They have undergone changes in management while I was working there which made it not only a fast pace working environment but confusing at times because of the lack of communication of what was going on at a higher level. You felt uneasy at times because of the fact that you didn't know if your company was valid.
