      Everything has it's pros and cons, unfortunately I've only seen the cons.

      Please ensure you think carefully before signing a legally binding contract with Cloudshift Group as that isn't any security when they decide to retract their offer post-signature. I really hope this reaches the right people so no one else is put in an awful predicament, especially if you have children, a mortgage and bills to pay.

      People and colleague were amazing. Made friends for life there. Lot of autonomy, before the company sale process ramped up. Was a young company, so not of old bad habits and cliques existed. Felt like we were all engaged in that mission and ambition the company had.

      The company got sold to globant. The times leading up to that sale saw a lot of people leave. As it became a very hard place to work in. Management were not able to keep the morale up. Lot of people got moved out very suddenly.
