After all the speeches we've heard from the management, that we/they communicate openly and honestly (I quote: "even in good and bad times"), turned out, it was too good to be true. Truth is, they fired aprox. 20 people, after we were constantly told not worry about our job safety until the last minute. This collective dismissal wasn't justified by any of our perfomance, value or effort. It just came down to a simple location discrimination. It was just about whoever was the easiest to banish/eliminate. Of course, they prepared everything with great care, so neither of us could do anything or act in a legal way. No comp salaries, no support in finding a new job (especially now, during Corona times), no thank you, at all. Yes, that is right! None of us got any "thank you for your effort" from the management board. This is just another corporation, in which the workers are the ones that are paying for bad management. Be aware!
