      I am sorry but nothing I found to be consider as pros.

      Decision makers are possessive. Once you decide to leave, they change behaviour. Leaders are biased. They won’t pay you as per role/industry standards and still expect to stick with the company. Culture is insecure.

      Management is really good and transparent, leadership team is very helpful. People can learn a lot from here. Workplace environment is very good compared to other fast paced startups. Work life balance is top notch.
