Fast-pace and desire to succeed can sometimes lead to friction between teams when there's disagreement on how to solve problems. This friction usually comes from people feeling genuinely passionate about how to approach a challenge, versus egos, though.

Company culture is fantastic. The makes it easy to be successful, by enabling smart people to do smart things. Your colleagues help support your growth and challenge you to be better. The product is complex and interesting; never a dull moment. Company is still small enough that you get to wear many hats and leverage every bit of your skills and experience regardless of where it is needed.
