We now hire anyone with a masters degree that needs OTP sponsorship. We used to a CEO who came from engineering. We now have a CEO who came from sales. We used to a head of HR. Now we have several Fiserv semi-competent HR "business partners". We used to have a culture of inclusion. Now we have senior leadership that ignores women in engineering. We used to be a Silicon Valley startup. Now we are a stodgy east coast banking institution. We used to be Clover. Now we are Fiserv.
